Delivery details

Our company sells only within Georgia and the products presented on our website (www.Zigie.ge) can only be purchased with a Georgian bank card. Please note that “Zigie LLC” (business card number 404491821) does not sell products and does not offer customers transportation outside the country.

When purchasing an item on the “Zigie LLC” (business card number 404491821) website, the customer has two choices: to pick up the item from the branch itself or to use the delivery service.

To use the service, follow the instructions:

 Add the desired item to the cart

 In the delivery conditions, select pick up from the store or use the courier service.

Delivery time in Tbilisi and regions - 1-5 working days, courier payment is made on the spot, directly to the courier.

Please carefully inspect the items upon delivery and verify with the delivery receipt provided by the courier or the unique code sent by the courier that you have received a checked, visually flawless product;

Return of products 

In addition to the exceptions established by the legislation of Georgia and this policy, the consumer has the right to refuse a distance contract and/or an out-of-branch contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Return is possible in two ways: the consumer must bring the item to the branch himself: or the consumer is obliged to pay the transportation fee upon return, directly to the courier.

The return period is calculated as follows:

1. In the case of a purchase contract - from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

2. In the case of a piecemeal order of goods by the consumer - from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the last item.

3. In the case of a contract for the regular (defined periodicity) delivery of goods - from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the item for the first time.

4. The item cannot be returned if any physical/external damage is found on it. For example, the factory box/packaging (opening the box for the purpose of examining the item will not be considered damage to the box) or the product identification/serial code has been removed;

5. The items you wish to return are under your responsibility until they are returned to the seller's warehouse and you are responsible for any damage to them. Also, any damage caused during the return/shipping process to our warehouse is your responsibility;

6. Please make sure to pack the goods securely to avoid any damage to the products and boxes, as this will affect the value of the product.

7. Please keep receipts, postal delivery note and numbers as proof of sending the item to the seller. In case of damaged products received in undamaged packaging or an order received in error, please take a photo of the received shipment showing the damage and/or error and write to us about this fact at the following e-mail: INFO@ZIGIE.GE.
